Common questions
How do staff get the app?
Staff sign in to the ProClubHQ app with the email and password their club manager sets up. Managers add staff from the dashboard under Staff.
I’m a staff member and forgot my password.
Ask your club manager to reset it for you from the dashboard.
How do turf-fee payments work?
Clubs add their fixtures, payer clubs and rates in the dashboard and display a QR code. Anyone can scan it, choose the fixture and their club, see the fee and pay — no account needed.
How do I delete my account or data?
Contact your club manager, or email support@proclubhq.com and we’ll help. See our Privacy Policy for details.
